Reviewed Mississippi Mud Cake

"One monstrous and decadent cake! Made 3 - 9" cakes and added mini choc chips instead of pecans in the filling. Also added caramel sauce to the top. Feeds an army so make sure this is made for a large party. Even better the day after! "

Reviewed Peanut Butter Cheese Cake Minis

"Made these for a family bbq - awesome! I read alot of the reviews & made some changes: 1) I recommend only using vanilla extract - used almond & leaves a taste not agreeable w/everyone 2) inverted the bite size cups 3) pressed the crust down w/a small measuring cup & had NO problem w/ it breaking apart 4) for an added touch, melted choc chips & p""

Reviewed Lemon Blossoms

"Made these for a spring christening - awesome & makes loads! Read some of the reviews & made some edits - used a lemon cake mix & only spread the glaze on the tops of the blossoms (less mess & less overwhelming kick of the lemon glaze). No problems w/sticking (used a good amount of nonstick spray each new batch) and had them sit in the pan for 1"

Reviewed Chick and Egg Cupcake

"Very cute! Made these for my son's 1st grade Easter party. I used a box cake (confetti) and store icing(whipped vanilla) w/Easter cup wrappers. I used different color peeps & pastel sweetart jelly beans (as I wasn't sure if the kids would like malt balls) w/green colored coconut. I refrained from using the taffy shell -- reading the other reviews it looked like alot of work. Just a fun way to dress up a cupcake!"

Reviewed Cousin Johnnie's Caramel Apple Cheesecake

"Amazing -- first cheesecake I have made of Paula Deen. Didn't make the topping as I just added a can of cherries (my husband's favorite) but the cheesecake was delicious & the bottom was soft (not crunchy) & the perfect amount for a 10" springform. The leftovers were even better!"

Reviewed Lots O'Meat Lasagna

"Awesoeme! I just baked this for a big family birthday celebration. Everyone loved it - the perfect balance of cheese/meat/sauce - I used the entire box of pre-baked noodles which made it very thick. I actually prepared it a day in advance & refridgerated it overnight and it came out perfectly!!!!"
