I'm a home cook, for years my specality was baking. Two years ago I decided to become a better cook. My family says, I have achived my goal. They are very happy with the improvement in the quaility of their food. I have enjoyed classes at Le Cordon Bleu and the local learning exchange. I learn something new with every class.
