I made this for a Cinco de Mayo party, and it tastes delicious but looks so awful I can't take it to the party. The flan turned out a dirty brown color!!! I watched Ina make these this morning on TV and they looked wonderful. I followed the recipe and the onions were incinerated after 1/2 hour and the potatoes were overdone. Should the oven temperature be 325 instead of 425? I will try these again and try not to burn them!"
