Reviewed Mustard-Roasted Potatoes

I watched Ina make these this morning on TV and they looked wonderful. I followed the recipe and the onions were incinerated after 1/2 hour and the potatoes were overdone. Should the oven temperature be 325 instead of 425? I will try these again and try not to burn them!"
