About Me

Where do I begin? I'm 28, married, mother of two (feels like 3)! My sons are 2 and 1 so life is very hectic. I sell PartyLite and books online. I absolutely love to cook as my husbands waistline can attest too! I love trying recipes from different countries. When my husband and I travel we insist on trying authentic foods to the region, and yes that included eating a raw pork sandwich in Amsterdam, yuck. I will also add that I don't understand why people post recipes that they haven't tried! Sigh, have a great day!

Favorite Foods

Anything fattening which means breadsticks, pastas and potatoes. I don't care if they are fried, mashed, boiled or baked. Of course then comes the dangerous sour cream too if they're baked. Luckily I also have developed an intense need for fish which I always bake. I have three recipes that I am always responsible for making, mostaciolli which I often have to make 4 pounds of, home made chicken and dumplings and then my alltime famous meatloaf. I have a to die for mozzarella cheese stuffed meatloaf recipe that I will be putting in my recipe book.
