"Very disapponited! I have made several Ina's cake recipe which were all great but this was not a winner. It was overcooked & not moist; it should only cook for 30 minutes. I will not make it again. Something is wrong and Ina need to test this again.

"Best pot roast I have had. Did not give it 5 stars becasue pot roast is not a great meat roast. The meat was too done based on the time per the recipe so next time I will use a meat thermometer. There was lots of extra liguids.

"This is the only way to cook a great steak. We eat ours very rare and this works great! But do not ruin a filet mignon with any kind of sauce. Why spend big bucks for a quality filet and cover it with anything!
