Very disapponited! I have made several Ina's cake recipe which were all great but this was not a winner. It was overcooked & not moist; it should only cook for 30 minutes. I will not make it again. Something is wrong and Ina need to test this again.

Great recipe and the stew was perfect. It was not easy using a good bottle of pinot noir in the stew but the taste was good, so that must make a difference.

Great cake recipe! I made it for Christmas and it was a big winner. Next time I will put a little less sugar in the icing.

Best pot roast I have had. Did not give it 5 stars becasue pot roast is not a great meat roast. The meat was too done based on the time per the recipe so next time I will use a meat thermometer. There was lots of extra liguids.

Another very good recipe but I use less lemon. Ina generally uses more lemon than I like.

This is the only way to cook a great steak. We eat ours very rare and this works great! But do not ruin a filet mignon with any kind of sauce. Why spend big bucks for a quality filet and cover it with anything!

Good recipe but with changes it is outstanding! I make sushi and we eat very rare tuna often. First never cook good sushi tuna on a grill. Use a cast iron skillet on high heat with a little EVOO & butter and cook for 30 seconds on each side. I use 2 avocados, less lime juice and larger rolls.

I have made this several times and it is always a hit! I add 1.5 pounds of cooked shrimp and serve it as a main dish. I also used one red & yellow pepper, instead of two reds.

Very unusal for Ina, but this recipe is not correct. It should read 2 sheets because the paste is for 2 sheets. Also if the sun dried tomatoes contained oil that will be a problem. Make this at your own risk!!

Very good and makes a great presentation on the table. I will make the following changes in the future. Drain off liquid several times during baking; bake 45 minutes covered and add the cheese for the last five minutes of the uncovered baking. If you bake the cheese for 30 minutes most of it will be liquid.

They came out perfect and were outstanding! Not in 100 years would I have thought I would make crackers; who would do that! But when I watched the show it was so easy and looked good! Well they were delicious and not like any store bought crackers.
