"I've never actually been a big fan of creamed spinach, or spinach of any sort really, but this one is tops. I bring the quantity of spinach down to 1 1lb bag and keep everything else the same so that the cream and onion and garlic is as much a focus as the spinach, and it gets great reviews. Put on the side of a steak and some roasted red... sim"
