About Me
I'm a Software Engineer raised in a small town with practically nowhere to eat out. My mom cooked dinner every night but I was such a picky eater she resorted to pureeing vegetables into things so that I would eat them (which didn't fool me for a second). I moved to a big city and fell in love with ethnic cuisine. Now my husband and I cook together and with friends and love trying new things.
Favorite Foods
Steak, Chicken fried steak, collard greens, red beans & rice, anything sweet, Alo Gobi, spicy dhal, sushi (no mayo on my rolls please!), homemade grilled pizzas,
I'm famous for my tortillas and pizzas. My dough still needs perfecting, but I make a mean chicken sausge & peppers deep dish.
