This was just fantastic, and I have made potato leek before, I only blended two cups then added it back in , just the perfect texture. Also my husband hates celery so I Judy added two tablespoons of celery flakes and it was just great. Also used two bay leaves instead of just one and just a cup of whole milk instead of heavy cream to keep it lit"

Reviewed Carrot, Zucchini, Squash Ribbons

Just love this dish. I took previous suggestions and sliced the zucchini and squash but did slice carrots into ribbons. I added a little onion and used olive oil when I sauted the garlic then added a tblspn of butter just excellent. Just before plating. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese. Just fantastic. Definitely use fresh parsley""
