Best. Stuffing. Ever. - I made this for Thanksgiving a few years ago and loved it way too much to reserve it just for the holidays. Also, I'm a vegetarian, so I made this with maple flavored veggie sausage and vegetable stock, and it was delicious. Made the actual recipe for my family and they raved about it. Everyone asked for the recipe.

I have made this many times, and I absolutely love this recipe. The last few times I made this, I used creamed spinach, halved the cheddar, and omitted the sour cream. I was trying to save some calories, and, flavor wise, I couldn't tell the difference. Delicious. "
