Reviewed Fresh Coconut Cake with a Lemon Cream Cheese Filling and Boiled Icing

Emeril's recipes are always dependable. A very good cake, moist and delicious. It was a bit too sweet for me though, I would use less sugar next time. The taste reminds me of pound cake but not as dense. I frosted with whipped cream and sprinkled coconut on top. YUM!"
