I am an avid and passionate baker. Though I also love to cook the occassional over the top, spend @ least half the day in the kitchen meals... baking is when I'm happiest in my kitchen.
I am a firm believer that all baking should be FROM SCRATCH and anything less is simply sacrilege ;)
Favorite Foods
Italian, French, Mexican, Greek and German.... Some Vietnamese dishes, however not a fan of Chinese or any of the 'neses as a whole. I don't tolerate sweet/sour in the same dish.Advertisement
