This was so quick and easy to make and very tasty! It is probably one of the few restaurant-quality recipes I have actually made with success!! I used white wine instead of vodka, beef broth instead of chicken broth and bacon instead of prosciutto. This will be one of my go-to favourites for a quick weeknight dinner."

I was really impressed with this recipe. It didn't take a long time at all. I agree with some other reviewers that it needs more time to brown the meat before adding other ingredients. Also, I did halve the cinnamon and omitted the nutmeg, and forgot the beef stock, but the recipe turned out amazing anyway. I think the cream and butter adds some extra...
