Reviewed White Russian Cupcake

"I tried this recipe for an anniversary party and everyone loved it! The taste was amazing, the texture was perfect, and the icing was awesome. My only question was that the cupcakes came out flat without that perfect rounded top. I was unable to find mocha paste, could that be the reason? Any help would be great. Thanks."

Reviewed Hot Dog and Bacon Roll-Ups

"I renamed this recipe "Heaven" because they taste so good! I used lil smokeys instead of hot dogs and they were awesome. The bacon was good, smokeys were good, and the brown sugar gave them just the right amount of sweetness. Like someone said before the ones at the bottom are the best. Next time I will add more brown sugar."

Reviewed Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

"How anyone gives this below 5 stars is beyond me. I had made Southern Red Velvet cupcakes from a recipe on this site and Paula's were so much better. So light and fluffy and the taste was amazing. Everyone at the party just loved them. I did make one slight adjustment. Instead of 1.5 cups of oil I used 3/4 each of oil and applesauce. "

Reviewed Just Like the Restaurant.... Crab Rangoon

"Made these for a big anniversary dinner. They were amazing. Next time I will use flaked crab flavored meat (tough to find crab in Denver) instead of pieces but they were awesome. Loved the flavor from the soy sauce and garlic. Glad I found this recipe!"
