This is truly a wonderful dish. It's simple, easy-to-make, and tastes delicious. I had all the ingredients the recipe calls for on hand except for fresh basil, so I made it without basil. And it still came out great!!! This is definitely a keeper."

I loved Melissa's cassoulet. It takes MUCH less time than the traditional recipe, and it still tasted delicious. I followed the recipe to the T for the first time, and the second time I reduced the amount of bacon her recipe calls for. I liked it better with less bacon in it. "

I followed the recipe to the T for the cake and used chocolate ganache for frosting. It was to die for. This is so going to be my go-to chocolate cake recipe. If you haven't tried this cake, you really should. I wouldn't change a thing in the recipe. "

This cake is the best!!! I didn't have dry measuring cups, so I used 2 nine-inch round cake pans. It took 30 minutes to bake to perfection. I checked every 2 minutes after 20 minute-point and for me, 30 minutes was perfect. It's really really easy to make and tastes heavenly. "
