Reviewed Orzo with Roasted Peppers, Olives, and Goat Cheese

"Excellent replacement for the traditional risotto. Smooth, silky, and oh, so good. I prepared it as dictated by the instructiions and it came out perfectly. I'm thinking, however, about wonderful replacements and additions to the ingredients: mushrooms, shrimp, or poached salmon will give this side a certain main dish character. Definitively a keeper! Yum!

Reviewed Tomato and Goat Cheese Tarts

"Amazing! Since recently enrolled in WW, I used multigrain sandwich thins instead of the puff pastry. Time consuming, but well worth the effort for a low calorie vegetarian meal. And less than 5 points for two rounds of deliciousness (if you use both sides of the thin rounds). Thanks Ina, can't wait for the next dinner party!

Reviewed White Chili

"Great recipe! Had to adjust the amount of coriander and cumin, used chipotle powder instead of the cayenne pepper, and threw in a chopped jalapeno for added intensity of flavor. The yogurt, cilantro and lime add the most amazing depth of flavor. I know this is supposed to be a healthier version of chili, but could not resist crumbling some tortilla chips and adding a tiny bit of Monterey Jack over the whole thing: A tear rolled down my cheek in culinary pleasure! Will make this over and over again. Thanks, Ellie!
