Reviewed Spaghetti Bolognese

"For all that reviewed this and said it was soupy obviously didn't let it cook long enough. I let it cook the first round about 2 hours before I put the milk (cream in. Of course I only made half the recipe. It was the right texture and tasted great. I did use cream which I think made it really rich and thick. Would either use milk next time or just omit it all together because it tasted great before the cream. I would omit the ricotta too, it just made it even more rich and filling. I also made it with just ground beef because my local grocery store doesn't carry veal. For those expecting a spicey tomato sauce, that's not what bolognese sauce is. I think I'm going to use the leftovers to make lasagna. I really liked this recipe and will make it again.
