"Have always loved Italian Wedding soup, but haven't made it until today. It was absolutely wonderful and so easy to prepare. I made the meatballs as directed and baked them at 350 for 13 minutes. I live in a loft in downtown Chicago and love it. Professionaly, I am an RN in the ICU. Since I only work 3 days a week, I have time to cook. I love to experiment and found that Recipezaar provides the tool.
Favorite FoodsI love to cook anything with chicken or Salmon. In the summer, I'm looking for Recipes with fresh herbs and produce. I don't have a favorite restaurant as there are so many and I love to try new ones.
