I live in a loft in downtown Chicago and love it. Professionaly, I am an RN in the ICU. Since I only work 3 days a week, I have time to cook. I love to experiment and found that Recipezaar provides the tool.

I love to cook anything with chicken or Salmon. In the summer, I'm looking for Recipes with fresh herbs and produce. I don't have a favorite restaurant as there are so many and I love to try new ones.My mom's recipe for chicken soup is, and always will be, my favorite.
