“Awesome recipe and the best meatballs I've ever made by myself. I used ground beef instead of turkey, but I couldn't even tell the difference they were so good.
However, skip the oil brushing (right before you bake), as it'll start smoking in the oven for like 10 minutes. I'm not sure if cheaper olive oil does this, but I'll avoid...”
