This was excellent! I followed the recipe exactly except for a couple of changes. Because we don't eat pork, I used turkey bacon instead of pancetta. I am experienced at working with yeast dough. I followed the recipe exactly, The focaccia rose. But when I rolled them out and baked them, they came out like crackers, crunchy instead of bready. So maybe I did something wrong?
