"Delicious! Modified only slightly based on what I had in the house/what the kids like. Used flax seed instead of wheat germ and skipped the dates. I did add some white chocolate morsels (from the freezer to the cooled mix before putting into the pan. They are a little sweet, and will likely skip the brown sugar next time. They are amazing!
