As a lover of the Starbucks version, I'm now a believer! These are amazing!! The only downside is the expense of the vanilla beans, but nothing beats that pure flavor and the black specs of the "caviar"! I did, however, add a bit of vanilla extract to the glaze to make the vanilla flavor a little stronger (cheaper than another vanilla bean). "

The icing is amazing. Be careful on adding too many chopped peanuts on top - tends to make it too salty. The cupcakes were a little dry, but I might have left them in the oven for a little too long. I also made 24 cupcakes instead of the 14 she suggested.""

We couldn't get the cheese to stay on the chicken. We made sure the skillet was hot enough, like Rachel said, added the EVOO, but the cheese kept sliding off. Maybe we should have dipped it in some egg first?
