Mine didn't crisp at all. I read the reviews and baked them in a 400 degree oven first. Then I gave them 10 extra minutes in the oven. Then another ten! Then I left them OVERNIGHT in the hot oven, thinking they would dry out. They didn't all all. I was disappointed as this sounds like a fairly healthy snackfood I would have made often.
