Really tasty and light marinade that still allows the the great flavor of salmon to come through! I didn't use the miso in my marinade and it turned out wonderfully. I marinaded my 1.5 lb coho salmon filet skin-side down in a foil-lined baking dish and then threw the whole thing in the oven---baked it at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then broiled fo"
