I liked this. I did change it a bit since husband won't eat dark meat chicken, so I used skin on chicken breast which I took off the bone to have it cook faster. Excellent recipe, very easy to make. Seems like a ton of onions but they do cook down quite a bit. A good thing to have on the stove while you do other things around the house. The gruyere is a nice touch as it adds a little bit of tang. Was also good reheated the next day!
