Apr 25, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Everyone liked it. I cut in half, using 14 oz of tuna steaks, and it made 4 burgers. I had serious doubts about the green chile pickle relish, but it was really good. I just used the sauce from the canned chipotles for the "puree". Oh, and I used dark brown sugar, not light.

Delicious. I made the crepes & the orange butter, and used Chantilly Whipped Cream with a splash of Cointreau instead of ice cream. I used blood oranges, which are sweeter than regular oranges, so it was a bit too sweet but that was my fault. Used lime instead of lemon. Love the crepe cup & will use for other recipes. "

Luckily for me, I saw a review where someone noted that, on the TV show, the chicken was lightly browned on the stovetop BEFORE baking in the oven. That is key to getting a browned crust and baking only 20 minutes, so I'm noting it again. Also, I let it the rolls rest 5 mins b/f slicing.
