My Activity

Reviewed Tapenade

"Everyone RAVED about it. Even my aunt/uncle who go to Aix en Provence quite often said it took them right back to France. They were very impressed - they know all about food/wine. Thanks, Alton. You never disappoint!! P.S. I used 2/3 Kalamata and 1/3 mixed in mine. ""

Reviewed Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken

"I make this roasted chicken - a lot! It is simple and oh so flavorful. Everyone loves it. I add quartered shallot, rough chopped carrots and potato wedges to the pan to have roasted veggies with it. Martha Stewart makes a very similar one. I will have to check out Emeril's. Excellent flavors in this chicken. Don't skip the white wine. YUM!

Reviewed Baked Ziti with Meatballs

"Very tasty! I use pre-made italian meatballs (frozen) and a flavored jar of spaghetti sauce for ease and added flavor. Delicious. Don't skip the butter on top at the end. It really makes a difference. YUM!
