"I HATE hamburger,and I LOVED this Meatloaf!!! And I love mushrooms,so I used even more than the recipe calls for. So really,it just depends on what you like! This meatloaf was fall apart tender and juicey and so flavorful just as the recipe is! I did add Salt and Pepper,but that is a given they go in everything practically."
