Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

I was not happy with amount of zest and juice stipulated; thus, adding more was the key to unlocking my taste buds. I also cut the recipe in half, used a salted, Danish butter and finally, both lemon and orange juices (lemon for the cookie, orange for the glaze).
