"Warning: Watch the video! The recipe that is online today does not match the video at all. In the video, the ingredients and measurements are vastly different as is the technique! I watched the video after I had assembled the entire ingredient list and did not have enough beef (for example) to correct the difference. In the video, Michael C used 3 pounds of beef as opposed to the 1 lb shown here. I will re-make this recipe again following Michael C's video. I've heard from others that this happens occasionally - that the FN recipe doesn't match the TV show or the video.
