I've recently tried 3 other recipes for cheesecake. After this one, I wont be trying any more. I followed the recipe except I didn't have any graham crackers, so I made it without a crust. It was amazing. It turned out thick and rich and it's so good you wouldn't even miss the fruit topping."

I really like a traditional cheesecake that's more rich. Since it's a reduced fat recipe, I wasn't expecting much, but it was very light. It did have nice flavor, but it just wasn't what I'd hoped for. I don't have a food processor so I used a mixer. I'm not sure if that made much of a difference, but it still had that weird texture from the ricotta...
