I loved this recipe! My prep time was at least 25 minutes or so. I didn't have corn tortillas; I used flour ones instead (still great!, I didn't use the black olives either, I only had red tomato sauce so I used that, but added a packet of taco seasoning and cayenne pepper for more zip and flavor, and I used pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. "
