"I am the type of person who could live on butter and brown sugar so these tasty treats were right up my alley! Recipe could not have been easier. After the first batch was in the oven I made a second and added 1/2 cup of PECANS. Played around with the cooking time and found the pecan taste is enhanced with increased baking time.

These cookies cooled much quicker when I pulled the parchment paper (and cookies) off the hot pans onto a cool counter top.
