I took the advice of a lot of the reviewers & added more flour. These were fantastic! I also added nutmeg to my butter/thyme sauce. 2nd attempt at gnocchi & a success!

Saw the episode this morning & had to try it asap! They are soooo good! I halved the recipe & made it with bacon, fontina, spicy cheddar & mozzarella. The maple syrup is perfect! It's a must! Will definitely be making these over & over again!!

Very good! I threw in red pepper flakes in the last 10 min of the garlic cooking. I strained my oil, like another reviewer did, because the garlic did look burnt.
