These were wonderful appetizers and while I would not respond so harshly to the recipe being served on a saltine cracker I would suggest serving it on something different so it's more visually appealing. I used Brushetta.The flavors were fantastic and very popular at my son's High School Graduation party. Thank you Chef Irvine!"
