Really good balance of ingredients (not too much butter), but I always use less sugar haha...for health's sake.

Nahhh...not your best Ellie
Although I didn't have any dry milk on hand (surprise, surprise), the cookies were not what I expected. They were considerably dry and not really worth the calories, honestly.
Almond butter was a nice surprise though, and the use of only 3 tblsp of butter was amazing! Haha...I guess that's what you get...

Reviewed Udon with Tofu and Asian Greens

Mmmm...surprisingly good. The tofu made me look so pro...I was like, "This looks just like Chinese stinky tofu!"
But make sure that the oil is hot enough when you sear the tofu, or else you won't get that nice crust. I had to crank it up to medium-high/high heat to get it golden brown...then it still had to pan-sear for more than five minutes....

Yum! My parents reaaally liked it!!!
Make sure you use rice that's more on the dry side...if you cook rice just for the recipe, make sure it sits out long enough. This way, when you saute it all together, it doesn't become one big mooshy mess.
The seasonings were just right (not too spicy, not too bland and the flavor was spectacular...when...
