I am a fun loving wife and mother of four. I am also a very busy small business owner specializing in retail sales of women's fine lingerie, gifts, novelties, and accessories. We also do in-home parties for women AND can bake all the "adult" goodies for you!
I love gardening, fishing, baking, and sewing. So, not only do I also love to cook & bake, I love to spice things up....in the kitchen AND in the bedroom!!! I'd have to say Paula Dean inspires me to cook the most because I can relate to her down home, cajun cooking. One of my other favorites is Ina from Barefoot Contessa. She like to bake alot
I think my biggest pet-peeves while cookimg is someone hovering over my shoulder askin a gazillion questions.
Favorite Foods
Some of my favorite things to cook are chicken and sausage jambalaya, blackberry cobbler, crawfish etoufee', and tarte a la bouille pie!
Most of my family and friends would have to say I'm famous for making great Baklava.
My favorite restaurant is a little vietnamese restaurant, called Pho Tau Ba which have some of the finest dishes on the planet! I LOVE eating there!!!! mmmm....I'm getting HUNGRY!!!!!!!
