Reviewed Hot Chicken Salad
"This dish is fantastic! I did variate some from the recipe. I omitted the salt, replaced celery with red onion (not a fan of celery) chose the fried onion topping in place of chips and added a dollop of sour cream to the mix. The chicken I used was leftover KFC chicken strips which worked great as they are already seasoned with a nice crunchy brea"
