Reviewed Corned Beef and Cabbage
"Very good corned beef and cabbage recipe. I only made two small changes. When cooking, instead of covering the beef with water I used one bottled beef (pale ale) and the rest was beef stock. I think the beer and beef stock added to the flavor. I would make this again for sure.
