Reviewed Roast Loin of Pork with Fennel

If I could give this half a star I would. The recipe was super easy and the pork and vegetables turned out perfectly, but there was something about the taste of the pork rub that I did not like. I'm not a huge lover of pork so maybe it was just me and my weird self, but even the smell of the crust bothered me. Not sure what it was . . . too much...
