Reviewed Guy Fieri's Tequila-Lime Wings
"I really liked them. I added more agave to offset the sour, but they turned out great. I also added chili garlic paste a.k.a. Sambal Oelek sauce. It gave it a really nice garlicky bite. Way to go Guy!!! Keep them coming!
About Me
I'm currently a student at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. I'm studying to get my degree in the Culinary arts. When I graduate I'm going to Barcelona, Spain to do my externship for six months. I'm really excited! My passion is obviously Spanish cuisine. I love Tapas in specific. I love how it revolves around great people, good food served family style. I have always loved food, especially the science behind which foods have certain nutrients, and which foods are higher in nutrients than others. I think it's really important as a chef, being able to prepare food that is low in calories, but without sacrificing flavor!
Favorite Foods
Spanish cuisine... Tapas, tortilla's, patatas bravas, paella, Sherry, extra virgin olive oil, Manchego cheese and almonds. Really anything Spanish... haha
