I loved this recipe! I halved it and made 2 individual servings for my myself and my husband. It was the most amazing flan I've ever had. I had a little trouble inverting at first, due to the hard caramel. But I just held the very bottom of the ramekins in some really hot (almost boiling water for 30-60 seconds. The custard turns out perfectly!!...
