Very nice! I substitute dark brown sugar for all the sugar except I use granular white to sprinkle on top prior to going in the oven for a little crunch, double the vanilla and cinnamon and leave the bananas a little bit chunky. I also bake 2 loaves at a time on cooking sheet in the oven. ""
