These meatballs are fantastic! My husband prefers tomato sauce, so I have never made the Rachel Ray sauce that goes with it, but the meatballs alone are great. I like to make extra and make meatball heroes later in the week. "

Yummy! I thought the sauce would be overpowering but the slow cooking time must help it to absorb nicely into the meat. In the finished product, the sauce is sweet and delicious. I have a hot oven, so my cooking time was 90 minutes under foil and 15 uncovered. Meat was falling off the bone. Excellent recipe - I will definitely do this again! "
