This dish was absolutely delicious! simple & easy... I roasted boneless skinless chicken breast in the oven uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes with good olive oil and spices and herbs, I shredded the chicken once it cooled and tossed it with the juices from the pan. I also whisked in 4 oz of sour cream just to add more richness to the sauce and lastly...

This recipe was devine! I followed the recipe to the T but added mushrooms and lentils, I also smashed a few cloves of garlic and put it under the skin of the thighs for more flavor. This was a great side dish. I added more dry herbs, I turned the oven on 350 so the garlic wouldnt burn however, I let it cook an additional 30mins. It was a great hit. This dish is extremely easy and simple. I will certainly make this again. Great recipe Ina!"
