Reviewed Leek Potato Soup
"I have made lots of leek and potato soups but this is by far the best ever. I am looking forward to the summer to try it chilled. The flavour was delicious and it was very easy to make. By the way I used chicken stock as I had no veggie available and it worked beautifully.
Reviewed Provencal Vegetable Soup
"Really liked this soup. I have not had great success with vegetable soups but this was great. If anything it was a little rich but I am not complaining. I am curious to see if it freezes (and defrosts) well as I have an enormous pot.
