Reviewed Ham and Split Pea Soup

I used Ham Shank instead, DON'T THROW OUT THE WATER! 3 cups of ham shank broth, plus one 32oz. carton chicken broth and 1 cup of pea water (save the pea water, too and use it to thin the soup if it gets too thick.
