Reviewed Queso Fundido con Chorizo
"Esta es muy delicioso! I love chorizo, and cheese - perfect food. I did add some habanero juice ( I enjoy irt hot!) A couple of friends tried to taste it and after due reflection, I reluctantly let them. It was a huge success."

I live in Tacoma, Washington, where, although it rains a bit, it is beautiful. I worked as a Customer Care representative for Comcast Cable, where I enjoyed helping people enjoy the entertainment that they want. I am an avid reader, a type II diabetic, and enjoy cooking. My favorite cookbooks are> 1001 Diabetic Recipes, and How To Cook anything. I think my pet peeves are bad manners. I am now retired on disability.
Favorite Foods
Yes! I especially love Lasagna, made the slow old fashioned way, with six cheeses, sausage,beef, and spinach, with a final application of sliced olives - mmmmm. I haven't found a favorite restaurant yet, but enjoy looking. I love to try different things, like cheesecake Florentine - that was great!Advertisement
