About Me

I am originally from Guam. For those who don't know where Guam is, it is an island in the pacific, a territory of the US. 3,500 miles west from Hawaii. I've got lots of favorite cookbooks, I love cooking, baking, and working out. Sometimes I get to do both the same time, That's when I'm standing up for a long time, pacing around the kitchen quickly. I just love the kitchen, whether I'm cooking or cleaning. My kitchen has to always be clean! I hate germs, anywhere! I clean my sink with bleach everyday. I go crazy when I have to cut raw meats, especially chicken in my cutting board. I make sure that I clean the chopping board really good with antibacterial soap or bleach. I am constanly washing my hands when I am cooking especially when I am handling raw meat before touching anything!
