I usually work 50 plus hours a week, but I don't think a week goes by that I don't try a new Recipe...to me Food is an Art and Comfort. I have watched the Food Network I am sure since it's beginning and it has taught me so much. A funny thing I do is usually print 2-3 recipes that are similar, add a few touches of my own and combine to a Recipe of my pleasing. Works well....
