Reviewed Crispy Louisiana Crab Cakes with Mango Salsa, Spiced Tomato Glaze and Cilantro-Avocado Emulsion

"Only made the cakes and the glaze. Wow, great flavor of the crab and seasoning in the cake, the glaze is the unsung hero in this dish - I can't say enough about this one. A must have on Christmas Eve."

Reviewed Emeril's Favorite Boiled Shrimp

"After making the shrimp cocktail via seasoned boiled water.....I don't think I will be making it with any other technique for the Christmas Holiday. Very simple, very flavorful and very delicious. It had a flavor you would experience at a high-end restaurant. This appetizer made me the King Shrimp! Thanks Emeril."

Reviewed Neely Clam Chowder

"This recipe was the highlight of our X-mas eve dinner 2012. I can't think of anything that has already been said to describe this chowder. Just make it!!"

Reviewed Lemon Spaghetti

"I made this for Christmas Eve dinner 2012 to compliment the several fish dishes I made to bring back family tradition. I read some previous reviews and I am surprised of some which noted the lack of flavor or over the top flavor. I made this according to the instructions and it was perfect. The lemon and basil were excellent!"

Reviewed Cauliflower Gratin

"Using a fresh head of cauliflower is the way to go. Make this to the specifications, and you will have a very good side dish to compliment any dinner. Great flavor - the gruyere is the way to go."

Reviewed Italian Sausage Rolls

"I gave this one 5 stars because of it's sheer simplicity, taste and the amount of servings you get from each roll. I used big basil leaves to layout on the sausage and added 6-7 leaves per roll. I used a mix of sweet and hot sausage. The parmesan cheese was a nice touch. Easy, and we'll definitely make again. This is a great recipe for anyone "

Reviewed Crostini with Sun-Dried Tomato Jam

"Very very good! The flavor is perfect; you can taste the onion, cooked tomato and a hint of the tartness from the vinegar. My wife was responsible for bringing the appetizers to an after work party for the holidays....I chose this recipe to accompany two others. These crostini's were a hit! There were no leftovers. Instead of using traditional"

Reviewed Grilled Lamb Chops with Cranberry Sauce and Cranberry-Serrano Chutney

"I only made the chutney to go as a side with our Turkey. All I can say is that this cranberry chutney will be a staple in every Thanksgiving Dinner going forward....it was the bomb. No more regular cranberry sauce in the can with our yearly bird. Follow it as directed...you will love it."
